All prices are in US$ and FOB Agoura Hills, CA. Taxes, Shipping, Insurance and Handling Charges, as applicable, are additional.

Terms
Payment in full is due upon shipment. Custom orders require a 50% down payment and balance due upon approval of PROOF and shipment of order. MNM Art Studio accepts cash, checks and major credit cards including Master Charge and VISA.

Any damage in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and MNM Art Studio will work with customers to recover the loss from shipping agent (such as U.S. Postal Service, UPS, Federal Express, etc.) if damage should occur.

MNM Art Studio works hard to insure that its products meet its rigid requirements and encourages its customers to inspect their purchase carefully before they purchase to insure it is defect free. As fine art requires careful handling and is easily damaged, all sales are final.

Customers must report any problems within 10 days of purchase for MNM Art Studio to investigate the nature of the defect, cause and responsibility.

Limited Warranty
In any case, MNM Art Studio's maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to exchanging the purchase or a refund of the original purchase price.
